You will mentor a growing team while collaborating with IT, Finance, and Compliance to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare analytics, proficiency in SQL, and experience with PowerBI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
• Lead a team of analytical resources and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy leadership, IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Programs.
