Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting role. This full-time remote position will drive analytics infrastructure, monitor pharmacy trends, and develop comprehensive reporting for PBM oversight, including financial guarantees and invoicing.
You will mentor a team, collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance and Government Performance teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong SQL skills, and expertise
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years healthcare experience required.
- 4+ years managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience incl. claims, drugs, enrollment.
- Experience with drug pricing, rebates, discounts, benefit designs, auditing, regulatory reporting, compliance.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries.
- Excel expert with data visualizations in Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with DataBricks; data-driven presentations; financial analyses and ROI.
- Project management experience required.

- Monitor pharmacy trends and develop and maintain reporting.
- Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
- Lead a team of analytical resources.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance teams.
