Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting for a full-time remote role. You will oversee informatics, analytics tools, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends and support PBM oversight.

Lead and mentor analysts, collaborate across IT, Finance, and Compliance, and drive data-driven insights with a servant leadership style. This role offers growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in PowerBI and Tableau.
• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy analytics and reporting operations.
• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop reporting for PBM oversight.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts; coordinate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Programs.
