Job summary

Toppan Merrill is a global technology leader delivering end-to-end SaaS solutions for regulatory disclosure. A Senior Client Service Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for disclosure document needs, working with clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, 5+ years in service, and a high level of organization. Shift: Mon-Fri 2:15pm-11:30pm PST with overtime; remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a client service environment.
• Excellent presentation and formal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Accountable for overall project management across multiple clients.
• Lead or assist in the preparation of disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, onboarding, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consulting, product support, IT, and sales teams.
• Drive change and manage priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Document activities and resolutions in internal systems.
• Ensure detailed documentation for job tracking and billing.
