Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for disclosure document needs. The role requires engaging with clients and internal teams to manage projects from start to finish.

The position features a Monday–Friday shift from 2:15pm to 11:30pm PT with overtime. Strong MS Office skills and 5+ years of client service experience are essential. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of client service experience in a professional environment.
• Strong presentation and formal communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact with high-level clientele and internal teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick learner of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Own overall project management for disclosure documents.
• Lead or support multiple clients in disclosure document preparation.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with consulting, product support, IT, and sales to fulfill client requests.
• Drive internal change as a liaison across cross-functional teams.
• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries and resolutions.
• Document activities and resolutions in the workflow and for billing.
