Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC, a global technology leader, seeks a Senior Client Service Project Manager to join our team in the US. You will be the primary contact for disclosure document needs, coordinating with consulting, product support, IT, and sales to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Shift: Mon–Fri 2:15pm–11:30pm PST with overtime as required. You will nurture executive relationships, manage multiple client projects, and drive timely, accurate disclosures with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a client service environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with high-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project management of disclosure documents.
• Lead or support multiple clients in preparing disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill services.
• Act as a change agent with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and resolutions.
• Document activities and resolutions and track billing details.
