Toppan Merrill is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to be the primary contact for all disclosure document needs, coordinating with consulting, product support, sales, and service teams. This role focuses on nurturing executive-level relationships and overseeing complex projects in a regulated, SaaS environment.

The position requires 5+ years in client service, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills, with a remote-friendly setup and a shift aligned to Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of client service experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project oversight, multitasking, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Manage overall project management.
• Lead or assist multiple clients in preparation of disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, onboarding.
• Liaison between client and internal departments for requested services.
• Drive change with cross-functional teams as needed.
• First point of contact for clients with requests or inquiries.
• Ensure resolution to client inquiries by direct action or escalation.
• Document activities and resolutions using internal workflow tool.
• Ensure detailed documentation for job tracking and billing.
