With 5+ years in client services, you will drive client meetings, onboarding, and billing while leading cross-functional teams. The position offers a remote schedule (Pacific Time) with overtime as needed and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a client service environment.
• Role model in service excellence with demonstrated success in client-facing roles.
• Ability to connect with high-level clientele and internal teams.
• Excellent presentation and formal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and changing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Accountable for overall project management.
• Lead or support multiple clients in disclosure document preparation.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments for services.

• Be the first contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Ensure resolution by direct action or escalation as needed.
• Document activities and resolutions using internal workflow tools.
• Maintain thorough documentation for job tracking and billing.
