Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for all disclosure document needs, coordinating with consulting, product support, IT and sales. The role requires 5+ years in client services, a strong service mindset, and the ability to engage high-level clients while managing multiple projects in a remote setup.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with late-afternoon Pacific Time hours and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar client service environment.
• Strong presentation and formal communication skills.
• Proven ability to connect with high-level clientele and internal teams.
• Experience with project oversight, multitasking and leading teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Accountable for overall project management.
• Lead or assist multiple clients in preparing disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and onboarding.
• Liaison between client and internal departments for requested services.
• Drive internal change with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Ensure resolution by direct action or escalation to appropriate teams.
• Document all activities and resolutions in the workflow system.
