Toppan Merrill is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients on disclosure document needs. You will coordinate with consulting, product support, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The role emphasizes managing client meetings, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration, with a shift from 2:15pm to 11:30pm PST and overtime as needed. Remote options indicated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar client service environment.
• Experience with executive-level client relationships and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nurturing, positive executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project management for disclosure documents.
• Lead or support multiple clients in preparing disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
• Liaise between client and internal departments for requested services.
• Drive change with cross-functional teams and manage inquiries to resolution.
• Document activities and resolutions in internal workflow tools.
• Ensure detailed billing documentation.
