Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Senior Client Service Project Manager to join our team. You will act as the primary contact for disclosure document needs, collaborating with consulting, product support, and sales to ensure top-tier service.

The role requires strong client relationship skills, project oversight, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced regulatory environment. Shift: Mon-Fri 2:15pm-11:30pm PST, remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a client service environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project management and leadership.
• Lead or assist multiple clients in disclosure document preparation.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
• Liaise between client and internal departments (consulting, product support, IT, customer service, sales).
• Drive change with cross-functional teams and act as internal change agent.
• Serve as first point of contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Document all activities and resolutions in internal workflow tool.
• Ensure detailed documentation for job tracking and billing.
