Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous work in a similar client service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data handling ability.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and develop executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee overall project management across client portfolios.
• Lead or support multiple clients in preparation of disclosure documents.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal departments (consulting, product support, IT, sales) for requested services.
• Drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
