Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. Role focuses on acquiring dealerships, driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing associated risks.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the automotive industry, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in client relationships. This position supports remote work and requires travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dealer relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Oversee servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address issues with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and experiences.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
