Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure servicing of accounts while managing associated risks.

The ideal candidate will have deep automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to develop relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers. Remote work is available in this role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Strong financial acumen and terminology.
• 2+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Ability to travel >75% with overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients in the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive.
• Oversee servicing of the floorplan portfolio and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and address issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
• Monitor dealership performance and risk.
• Develop risk assessment models for dealership creditworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Track portfolio metrics like loan balances and payments.
