Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio nationwide. You will drive sales, service accounts, and manage risk in a dynamic, remote-capable role.

The ideal candidate has automotive industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently while traveling extensively to meet dealers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• BA/BS in related field with 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Travel requirement: >75% with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: develop and implement strategies to acquire/retain dealer clients.
• Servicing: oversee portfolio servicing and monitor account performance.
• Risk Management: monitor dealership conditions and develop risk assessment models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and improve processes.
