Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company is seeking an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure high service levels while managing associated risks in a remote-capable role.

The ideal candidate has a strong automotive industry background, proficient finance knowledge, and excellent client relationship skills. Travel >75% is required; base pay is $50,000 with a structured bonus and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field plus 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
2+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
Travel greater than 75% with some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

Sales Management: develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients; build relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers; identify opportunities for portfolio growth; conduct market research.
Servicing: oversee the portfolio servicing, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor performance, address issues, collaborate with teams to streamline processes and training.
Risk Management: monitor conditions and performance, develop risk models, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, track loan balances and dealer performance.
