Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Brighton, MI area. This role serves business clients with cash flow solutions, manages opportunities across the sales cycle, and collaborates with internal partners to expand the client portfolio.

You will develop COI relationships, leverage PNC's product suite, and aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and manage client relationships with a focus on business banking solutions.
• Experience evaluating credit needs and providing cash flow options for small to mid-size businesses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; results-driven and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales and market share with defined goals.
• Acquires and expands client relationships; documents credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Identifies client opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Builds internal and external networks to acquire and expand business clients and cross-sell bank products.
• Analyzes and mitigates credit risk per internal policies.
