PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Chicago market to grow sales and manage client portfolios within Business Banking. You’ll leverage deep financial knowledge to structure cash flow solutions and expand client relationships through COI networks.

Expect in-office work with opportunities across sectors and a strong focus on customer-centric service. The role emphasizes credit fundamentals, collaboration with internal service partners, and proactive client engagement

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired in lieu of a degree, or in combination with experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue and market share with defined goals.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Builds a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
