Job summary

PNC in Troy, MI is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to advise small to mid-sized business clients and manage the sales cycle for cash flow solutions. You will develop COI relationships, collaborate with internal partners, and expand the client portfolio within the Business Banking unit.

You will evaluate credit needs, present a full range of PNC products, and work toward achieving sales goals while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• University degree required, 3+ years in related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with business banking products and client management.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management to grow sales and revenue with defined goals.
• Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships and credit/non-credit products.
• Gathers and mitigates risk while driving client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds a network of COIs to expand the client portfolio and cross-sell.
• Analyzes credit risk using internal policies and market knowledge.
