Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker for the Dearborn market to provide cash flow solutions to mid-market clients and to manage the on-going sales cycle.

In this in-office role, you will build COI relationships, expand client portfolios, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver the full range of PNC products and services while maintaining strong risk controls and customer focus.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquires/expands/retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding needs and financial well-being; increases client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds a network of internal and external relationships to acquire/expand clients and present the full range of PNC products and services.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using internal policies.
