Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in Troy, MI to grow the bank's small business portfolio. You will build trusted advisor relationships, help clients optimize cash flow, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver the full suite of PNC products and services.

You will manage the sales cycle, perform financial analysis, discuss credit and non-credit solutions, and focus on expanding customer engagement while achieving revenue goals within the Business Banking team.

Qualifications

• University degree and 3+ years in related banking/relationship management.
• Experience handling cash flow and credit products is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management with new/existing clients to grow revenue and market share.
• Acquires and expands client relationships; documents credit and non-credit products.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Identifies opportunities to increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Builds a network to acquire new clients and expand existing client base.
• Coordinates with internal partners to bring full bank services to clients.
