Job summary

PNC in Brighton, MI seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to manage client relationships and grow the business banking portfolio. Based in the Brighton area, you will coordinate cash flow solutions for small businesses and leverage COI networks to expand client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and at least 3 years in business banking or related financial services; strong understanding of credit products and risk management is preferred.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 3+ years relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with relationship management and credit products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales and revenue.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identifies and mitigates risk across regulatory, reputational, operational and credit aspects.
• Builds a network of internal/external relationships to acquire and expand clients and cross-sell bank services.
