PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I in its Business Banking organization to manage client relationships, drive revenue, and expand market share from Tysons Corner, VA. This role emphasizes in-office collaboration with a focus on credit and non-credit product origination and risk management.

The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and will work within a framework that values customer-focused solutions and enterprise risk management.

Qualificações

• Knowledge and abilities in client relationship management, credit analysis, and sales development.
• Experience with financial analysis and credit products is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with relevant certifications is considered.

Responsabilidades

• Handle relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire and expand client relationships, including credit and non-credit product origination and documentation.
• Manage risk/return and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal and external networks to acquire or expand clients and present full bank offerings.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk per policies.
