PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager in the Southern California Market within Business Banking to grow revenue by expanding and retaining client relationships in the $2MM-$10MM segment. Role requires handling credit and non-credit products, assessing risk, and presenting PNC's full range of services to clients.

You will build internal and external networks to win new business while ensuring compliance with risk and policy standards.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired, no required license(s).

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with clients in a book of business to grow sales and revenue.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships and manage credit and non-credit products.
• Mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Build networks to acquire new clients and present full range of bank solutions.
• Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
