Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience preferred.
• Certifications/licensures often desired; combined education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manage credit and non-credit products and services with origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
• Build networks to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, promoting full bank solutions.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per credit policies.
