Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Relationship Executive for Mid-Corporate Banking to drive new client acquisition and deepen profitable relationships with mid-market companies. You will work both independently and with partners to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

You will grow and retain relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market, engaging with CEOs and CFOs and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Corporate finance expertise and strong transaction execution skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary interface with our Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team.
• Acquire new clients and maintain and deepen a portfolio of relationships.
• Act as the interface between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
