Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Relationship Executive for Emerging Middle Market Banking in the United States. The role centers on acquiring and growing profitable client relationships within companies generating $20M–$100M in revenue, engaging CEOs and CFOs with tailored financial solutions.

You will lead independently and with partners to expand relationships, drive revenue, and stay responsive to market trends while leveraging modern banking products and services.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrating client relationship skills with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with credibility and partnerships at senior levels.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred.
• Sales management and business development skills, building positive client relationships.
• Creative problem solving, flexible to changing priorities and multitasking.
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, proactive and creative.

Responsibilities
