Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Relationship Executive in Mid-Corporate Banking to drive new client acquisition and deepen a portfolio of relationships with mid-market companies. You will work independently and with partners to present our financial solutions and grow profitable relationships within the target market of $100M to $2B in annual revenues.

You will collaborate with internal teams, stay ahead of industry trends, and help drive innovative partnerships while maintaining strong sales

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting; proven client relationship skills; ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with credibility and partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Corporate finance expertise and strong transaction execution skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary interface with our Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team
• Acquire new clients and maintaining and deepening a portfolio of relationships.
• Act as the interface between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies
• Growing and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
