Qualifications

• Seven+ years lending or credit support experience focusing on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills and ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
