Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, managing analytics, and delivering technical solutions across channels. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years in sales, and US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies with legal and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
