Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to cover the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and build strong relationships with key influencers across accounts.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, delivering sales analytics, and offering technical solutions through multiple channels. This role requires at least a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, with US work authorization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Mansioni

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the plan with marketing in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
