Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest.

The role engages with large accounts, oversees non-selling processes, and builds strong relationships with key influencers across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience, 3+ years of sales background, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship for this role

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales with marketing plans
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned to business goals
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results
