Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers and managing distribution, while also engaging large accounts and overseeing non-selling processes.

You will generate leads, define sales territories, manage analytics, provide technical solutions, and communicate across face-to-face, phone, and email channels. The position involves regional or segment-specific scope and may be global at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
