Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts.

You will generate leads, define territories, and deliver sales plans with Production and Supply Chain to drive volume and value. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, 3+ years of relevant work, and work eligibility in the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship anticipated

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market
• Develop and expand relationships across different levels within customer organizations
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results
