Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region.

The role involves engaging large accounts, handling non-selling processes, and building relationships with key stakeholders through multi-channel communication. You will generate leads, define sales territories, provide sales analytics, and deliver technically informed solutions while coordinating with production and supply chains.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at/above US E5 or Canadian rank equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering in volume and value, and align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data for product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
