Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to manage small and mid-size customer accounts while coordinating with large accounts. You will drive lead generation, define sales territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels—face-to-face, phone, and email.

The role may be regional or global depending on business needs. You will oversee non-selling processes, build relationships with influencers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities in the market.
• Maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer orgs.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market data to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
