Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts within the Pacific Northwest region. You will drive leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions across multiple channels.

You’ll build relationships across organizational levels, execute strategic plans with cross-functional teams, and forecast demand with Production and Supply Chain to maximize volume and value for Dow.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio within the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
