Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to expand our presence with small to mid-size customers and manage distribution.

You will engage with large accounts, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive opportunities from lead generation through to execution. You will develop sales forecasts, analyze market data, and negotiate pricing strategies in alignment with Dow’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals, considering regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
