Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years of related experience preferred
• Real estate/ development familiarity and licenses preferred (e.g., CCIM, PMP, LEED)
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project) required/preferred
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage budgets, schedules, and approvals

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessments and plans
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for assigned projects
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, and stakeholders to execute plans
• Provide project documentation, meetings minutes, and change orders
• Mentor and develop junior project staff
• Ensure projects meet codes, permits, and entitlement requirements
• Communicate progress with clients and executives on a regular basis
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver projects
