Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary project planning and management, including budgeting and scheduling for prospective developments. You will partner with development, brokerage, leasing, and client teams to execute plans and provide timely documentation and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or military equivalent) with 7+ years of related experience, familiarity with Procore, MS Office, and entitlements processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent with focus in Construction/Real Estate or related field and 7+ years of experience
• Real estate brokerage license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including PowerPoint; Procore experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and plans
• Develop and present budgets, schedules, and implementation plans for approval
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, client and architect teams to execute plans
• Provide project management documentation, reports, and change orders
• Maintain budgets and schedules; present updates to clients and executives weekly
• Mentor and develop junior project staff; participate in programs to grow into advanced roles
• Maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and property teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
