Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects from planning through execution. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder collaboration across development, brokerage, leasing, and client teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, in-office presence, and the ability to work after hours when needed. A real estate background and Procore experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent with 7+ years related experience or equivalent
• Real estate broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Project) and Procore preferred
• Understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
• Ability to work independently and in teams while following multiple leaders' direction
• Experience in development, financing, and pro forma generation
• Ability to collaborate with executive, development, brokerage, investment teams and contractors
• Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read/write English for manuals and reports

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team.
• Develop and present an implementation project plan, budgets, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide project management documentation and reporting.
• Develop preliminary budgets and schedules for pre-development, building, and entitlement.
