Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent with focus on Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Real Estate, Finance, or Business Management and 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Manage design and construction team.
• Develop and present budgets and schedules for approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.
• Provide project documentation and reporting: meetings, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders.
