The position is 100% in-office, requiring office presence during standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent with focus on Construction/Architecture/Engineering or Real Estate
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred
• Intermediate MS Office skills; Procore preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team.
• Develop and present implementation plan, budgets and schedule for approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide project management documentation and reporting including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Partner with development team to manage budget and schedules for pre-development and entitlements.
• Implement project according to schedule.
• Maintain schedule and budget updates; present to clients and executives weekly.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, and property teams.
• Maintain knowledge of metrics in development and property management agreements.
• Coordinate with teams and contractors to execute projects.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
• Network in the community on behalf of the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
