Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Santa Monica, CA, to lead multi-disciplinary projects from planning through execution. You will develop budgets and schedules, collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, and clients, and ensure timely management documentation and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or military equivalent) with 7+ years of related experience, and professional accreditations such as CCIM, PMP, LEED or WELL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent with focus on Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or related field; 7+ years of experience
• Real Estate Brokers license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point and Project; Procore Construction Software preferred
• Understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team while taking direction from multiple project leaders
• Knowledge of development, financing, and pro forma generation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, client and other stakeholders to execute plans.
• Provide project management documentation including budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Develop preliminary pre-development, building, and entitlement budgets and schedules for executives.
• Implement project according to schedule and maintain regular updates to clients and executives.
• Coach and mentor junior project staff and participate in development programs.
