Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline projects, providing planning support and budget/schedule oversight. You will coordinate with development, brokerage, leasing, architecture, engineers, and contractors to execute plans on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or military equivalent) with 7+ years of related experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in real estate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent in a related field.
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred.
• Procore Construction Software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide timely project management documentation and reporting.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for development projects.
• Maintain schedules and budgets; present updates to clients and executives.
• Coach and mentor project coordinators and managers.
• Network in the community on behalf of the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
