Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Los Angeles area to lead multi-disciplinary projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate development, brokerage, leasing, client and tenant interfaces, and manage budgets and schedules with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, Procore usage, and the ability to present clear PM documentation to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of project management experience.
• Real estate licenses or accreditations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project plans, needs assessments, and budgets.
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, client, tenant, architect, engineer, and GC teams to execute plans.
• Maintain and present project budgets, schedules, and change orders to clients and executives.
• Provide timely PM documentation including minutes, reports, and procurement records.
• Develop pre-development budgets and schedules for executive review.
• Coach and mentor junior project staff and participate in development programs.
