Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead multi-disciplinary projects, develop budgets and schedules, and collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, and construction teams. You will prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for executives and clients, while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent with focus on Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or Business Management.
• CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL certifications preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Procore experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with multiple leaders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team.
• Develop and present implementation plans, budgets, and schedules for approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide project management documentation and reporting to clients and executives.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators, Associate PMs, and PMs.
• Participate in development programs to grow into advanced roles.
• Network in the community on behalf of the company.
