Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cincinnati to lead multi-disciplined projects from planning through execution. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder collaboration, delivering thorough documentation and proactive reporting.

The role requires coordinating with developers, brokerage, leasing, architecture, engineers, and general contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent with 7+ years of related experience.
• Real estate broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell preferred.
• Procore Construction Software experience preferred; MS Office including PowerPoint and MS Project required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team.
• Develop and present for approval an implementation project plan, budgets, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide timely project management documentation and reporting.
• Partner with development to manage preliminary pre-development budgets and schedules.
