Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects, guiding planning, budgeting, and scheduling from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with development, brokerage, leasing, clients, and contractors, delivering thorough PM documentation and maintaining accurate budgets and schedules for executives. A strong background in real estate development and robust communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent with 7+ years of related experience.
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL Fitwell accreditations preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Develop, present, and manage implementation budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, client, tenant, architect, engineer and GC to execute plans.
• Provide project management documentation: minutes, budgets, schedules, change orders.
• Develop and manage preliminary budgets and schedules for development and entitlement.
• Maintain schedules and budgets; report to clients and executives weekly.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators, Associate PMs, and PMs.
• Network in the community on behalf of the company.
