Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management in Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven success identifying and winning new opportunities and building customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of radar architectures, performance metrics, and validation methodologies.
• Experience with defense acquisition organizations or major defense contractors.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, electronic warfare, and multi-domain sensing programs.
• Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, government laboratories, and defense agencies.
• Coordinate internal resources to create compelling technical and business value propositions.
• Support proposal development, capture planning, and customer presentations.
